2. Digital Assets & Licenses

We provide premium digital assets, templates, UI kits, and scripts. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item.

• You may use the product for personal or commercial projects.
• You may modify the source code or templates to fit your needs.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the original files directly or as part of a stock library.

3. Refund Policy

Since we deal with digital downloadable goods, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once the digital asset has been downloaded. However, if the product is completely broken, corrupted, or does not function as described, you may request support. If our team cannot fix the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Customer Support

We provide basic support for installation and critical bugs related to our original assets. However, we do not provide free customization or feature additions. Support requests must be submitted through our official support ticket system located in your customer dashboard.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, share products illegally, distribute premium files publicly, or engage in fraudulent activities (e.g., fake payment disputes and chargebacks).
